It got rescheduled — it’s now on Fri, Aug 16, 9:00am

So it’s not this Friday, it’s next Friday.

This delay is actually really good news — I can really use the extra time to prepare.

I’m not an attorney.

I got a bachelor’s degree in business from WSU (minor in economics).

But over the past 27 years as a full-time political activist, we’ve done a ton of litigation with our initiatives.

I’ve learned a lot during that time.

So I’m doing this myself (pro se).

I’ve done it before and I’ve had a few successes: 

But frankly, the biggest reason I didn’t hire a lawyer is because I simply don’t have the money.

The AG’s jihad against me and my family over the past 12 years has left me income-less and asset-less. It’s brutal.

That’s why my fundraising focus continues to be on the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so Richard Sanders can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.

It’s so absurd:

* Lifetime ban on all future political activity?
* I’m no longer a person, I’m forever designated a “continuing political committee”?
* $5.5 million?
* Prohibiting me from earning money for the rest of my life?
