Obviously that has a lot to do with this:

All 9 corrupt judges on the state Supreme Court ignored King County Judge Marshall Ferguson’s well-reasoned ruling where he ruled voters were NOT confused.

That’s why, since 2019 after voters passed our $30 Tabs Initiative for the 3rd time, I’ve urged everyone to join me in engaging in civil disobedience by not renewing.

Remember, despite being outspent $5 million to zero, our $30 Tabs Initiative passed overwhelmingly in November 2019.

When Inslee blocked it because he said voters were “confused,” I confronted him:

When the AG tried to sabotage it, I confronted him:

Our initiative was so obviously legal and constitutional that even a King County judge upheld it:

But the 9 judges on the state supreme court read his decision and ignored it. I have nothing but contempt for them for ignoring our vote. 

That why I’ve refused to renew. And in the past 5 years, I’ve been pulled over 5 times. Each time, I said something close to this:

“Hello officer, it’s not that I forgot to pay my car tabs. I’m willing to pay $30 but not a penny more. The voters passed the initiative. This is a peaceful political protest, officer, so I ask you to please use your discretion and issue me with a warning.”

All 5 times, I received a warning.  

Civil disobedience is absolutely appropriate here.

I urge you to follow my lead and stand up for our rights and our vote.
