Fighting for taxpayers for 28 years

Yesterday I filed my CLOSING ARGUMENT with the state supreme court in my lawsuit against Secretary of State Steve Hobbs.

I urge you to read it and give me your feedback – click on this image to pull it up:

If that doesn’t work, click here to pull it up.

Important excerpts:

     Preventing parents from reviewing their children’s instructional materials, accessing their school records, being notified when medical services are provided, and opting out of certain classes is certainly not necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety. In fact, preventing these parental rights is just as likely, if not more likely, to be the threat to the immediate preservation of the peace, health, and safety of the public.

 Keeping parents in the dark about what’s happening to their child while at school is a policy choice by the Legislature, and absent any legislative findings or justification in the bill, the people have every right to vote on whether or not they agree with that policy choice via a citizen referendum.

     Petitioner asks this Court: is it permissible for the Secretary of State to get away with failing to perform a nondiscretionary, ministerial duty imposed by law (RCW 29A.56.110(2))? Out of respect for our Constitution’s separation of powers, Petitioner urges the entire bench to answer this question in the negative at its June 4 en banc conference and quickly issue the requested Writ of Mandamus.

Prayers please.

I’m doing everything I can to restore the Parents Rights Initiative and to protect the initiative and referendum process.

I welcome your feedback.

Because of your support, I am appealing the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling because it’s so absurd:

Lifetime ban on all future political activity?
* $8 million?
* Prohibiting me from earning money for the rest of my life?
* I’m no longer a person, I’m forever designated a ‘continuing political committee’?

I implore you to help:

The only reason I’m still here and I’m still fighting is because of the prayers, love, and support of wonderful friends like you who’ve seen this gross injustice and abuse of power and are willing to help.

I love you all.

Onward!
