I trekked down to Olympia yesterday to file this new lawsuit.

It’s against Bully Bob Ferguson and the Secretary of State for abuse of power.

It’s taken me weeks to get this ready because I’m not an attorney but I’m handling this myself.

But I finally got it all put together and filed it yesterday.

It’s an important fight to protect the initiative process now and into the future.

So once again, I gotta suit up for this new court battle:

Together, we were incredibly successful at blocking a lot of bad bills during this year’s legislative session.

I couldn’t be more proud of all of you for helping me stop numerous property tax increases, stop the imposition of rent control, stop the removal of our property tax cap, stop the elimination of odd year elections, and many more.

And let’s always remember your historic victory at convincing the Democrat-dominated Legislature to pass into law 3 of Jim Walsh’s conservative initiatives (parental notification, police pursuit, ban on any kind of income tax).

It’s because of all of you took the time to help is the reason these battles were victories.

Now it’s time for new battles like this new lawsuit.
