Today I filed a lawsuit.

I’m suing 2 Democrats for abusing their power.

I’m suing 2 Democrats for exceeding their authority.

This is how it makes me feel to battling against Democrat Attorney General Bob Ferguson and Democrat Secretary of State Steve Hobbs:

You’ll never find a happier warrior.

For this battle, I can’t afford to hire an attorney.

So I’m doing the lawsuit pro se (meaning I’m doing it myself).

After filing my lawsuit today, I learned a few hours later that the case was assigned to Thurston County Judge Mary Sue Wilson.

Later today, I’m filing an affidavit of prejudice on her (which will boot her off the case).

So it’s going to be assigned to a different judge.

Join me in praying that it gets reassigned to a fair-minded judge (ya, I know, that’s why I’m asking for your prayers).

So once again, I gotta suit up for this new court battle:

I’ve been working non-stop on drafting this important lawsuit for the past 2 weeks.

That’s why it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me.

Together, we were incredibly successful at blocking a lot of bad bills during this year’s legislative session.

I couldn’t be more proud of all of you for helping me stop numerous property tax increases, stop the imposition of rent control, stop the removal of our property tax cap, stop the elimination of odd year elections, and many more.

And let’s always remember your historic victory at convincing the Democrat-dominated Legislature to pass into law 3 of Jim Walsh’s conservative initiatives (parental notification, police pursuit, ban on any kind of income tax).

It’s because of all of you took the time to help is the reason these battles were victories.

Now I/we must look for new battles (like my lawsuit against Hobbs & Ferguson).
