Because of the financial threat this poses to ALL taxpayers, I will be attending this hearing in-person to provide testimony (here’s what I said on Friday).
DETAILS: the hearing on SB 5726 is tomorrow, Tues, Feb 18, 4pm, Cherberg Building, Hearing Room 1, Olympia.
Let’s throw a roadblock in front of this vicious, unmerciful attack on taxpayers.
For 28 years, I’ve been fighting to protect the people of our state and our nation.
Here is the ONLY REASON Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity:

Con!!!
Hi Tim
Happy belated birthday by the way.
I just sent this to my legislators (3 that represent my region). Would it do well to send it to all legislators, or am I off track in any way
Please, please, please … do not approve this bill. This is a a horrendous punishment of Washington state voters. We already pay gas taxes at a $1 more per gallon than anyone else. That was a big lie as we were promised it would only be 50 cents. It is terrible to add this. Please do not lie to us and say, one will eventually replace the other, because it won\’t. The constant practice of trying to switch us to all electric is going to have horrific consequences one day. The liberal policies of environmental concerns in California contributed greatly to the recent fires as well as the lack of resources to put them out. The guilt belongs to the legislators that placed ecology and environment over humanity. You\’re going down the same road. Washington\’s eventual death causing tragedy will not be fires though. It will be a freezing windstorm in the middle of winter. Because you switched everyone over to electricity, because you wanted to weaken the grid by removing dams on the lower Snake river, because you are trying to eliminate natural gas usage in homes for heating, water heating, and cooking, you are creating the lack of basic support needed to make such a tragedy happen. STOP THIS MESS NOW! Maine avoided the switch to all electric BECAUSE they had the debilitating storm BEFORE the vote. 80% of households were without electricity, and thank the Lord it was not deep winter. But we get huge wind storms in the winter! STOP THIS MADNESS! People in Washington are already suffering financially, they cannot afford a double tax on driving. This is punishment of Washington voters, claiming to be all in for the environment when it is totally insincere. When most other industrial countries do not care at all about environmental concerns such as China, India, and Russia, then how is it helpful to add tax after tax, penalty after penalty, and problem upon problem for the Washington State voters. I am a pastor of a church. I know full well the constant gifts and offerings I have to constantly dole out for people who just can\’t make ends meet. Normal everyday hard working people are having it super rough because of the endless blue policies that are causing people to suffer as you add tax after tax and for what? Tell me what new road has been built? Tell me what new highway has made the stream of traffic move more easily? A new lane here and there, and wider road here and there, but there is no plan to make access to a quicker and safer highway system. Please stop the insanity of the \”revolutionary plan\”. It\’s not done anywhere else, because those folks are just plan smarter leaders. Please do not double down on ruining the lives of normal Washington American voters. thank you.

Keep it up Buddy!
My damn alimony is the same as when I was making 300k a year more, so donating has been touch.
I’ll get to you…. But It may be after I’m done paying $100k a year to my ex. Only 22 months to go!
as a senior 79 in age I can’t afford ant new taxes. I had to go back to work part time to pay my bills. I was living on $250 before I found a 4 hour job that’s for only to June.
Tim I couldn’t take it anymore I moved my entire family to Texas and I suggest that you do the same. Jay Inslee and Bob Ferguson are communist. It’s open and concealed constitutional carry here in Texas and our plates are affordable. Best of all the politicians in the state aren’t trying to launch a public smear campaign against you everyday of your life. Despite all the natural beauty great hunting and fishing and lots of jobs I found Washington to be untenable. Best of luck to you and all Washington residents. For me I’ve been a Texan for now for several years and I’m never going back to Washington. So let them keep their vaccine passports and close all the businesses soon it will be a wasteland.
SOS
Did they just lower the percent of votes from 60 percent to 50 percent to pass school district levies? Shouldn’t that be on the ballot to pass something lowering the percentage to pass a levy? They could lower it to 40 or 30 if they want.

Tim, A knight in shining armory with arrows on fire… I like your new persona… Thank you for fighting for us.
What I have heard of the Demoncrats reaction to G’Ferguson’s inauguration speech and restricting his or assistants entrance to the legislature, you may have to be defending him against them…just kiddingl They are really a runaway train of doing what they want to and the Devil be damned.
If my information is correct a couple years ago there was Eight Billion surplus and now they are “skinning a flea for its tallow!” They want caps off property taxes, pay for miles, which is way too complex to approve…beside the fact what they really want is transponders to snoop in our lives.
Resending — #2 To whom it may concern, ie: elected officials,
Quick note, that I am completely, 100%, against, con, opposed to SB 5726. It is an illogical and unfair approach to our issues, and I suspect it is not acceptable given our State Constitution.
Tracy H. McLean rural Yelm resident, Thurston County, WA.
Thank you for representing “WE THE PEOPLE” in Washington State because the other politicians don’t care. Between property tax, local tax, gas tax, business tax, license tabs and etc we are taxed to death. Mr. Jay Inslee and his Democrates have totally overstepped there boundarie and mistreated us Washingtonians and our state. I have family and friends who have moved out of Washington because of this and others continue to leave. If I could afford to leave I would. Thanks for listening.
Thanks for doing this.
I agree Tim… hope they don\’t pass it. Troy*
