That inspirational quote really captures my philosophy on political activism. 

The latest example of that is my lawsuit to stop Bob Ferguson from sabotaging Jim Walsh’s 3 initiatives (I-2109 Inslee’s Capital Gains Income Tax, I-2117 Inslee’s Cap & Trade Scheme, and I-2124 Inslee’s Long Term Insurance Scam).

I filed it last week. 

The judge will hear and decide the case this Fri, Aug 9.

Please do one of these 3 things on Friday: 

1) JOIN ME IN OLYMPIA AND WATCH THE HEARING IN PERSON:

The more friends I have behind me the better.

I can’t tell you what a difference it makes to have a packed courtroom.

It’s at Thurston County Superior Court, Building 2, in Judge Anne Egeler’s court room. The address is 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW, Olympia. It starts at 9:00am so I’ll likely get there around 8:30am.

The judge will be able to see how many people are watching — the more the better.

This Tuesday (tomorrow), Bob Ferguson will file his justification.

Before 5pm on Wednesday, I’ll have to draft and file my response.

Then this Friday at 9:00am, the judge will hear oral argument.

It’s my lawsuit so I’ll go first, then the AG will talk, and then I’ll give a closing statement. It’ll last 30-45 minutes.

And then the judge will decide.

I ask for your prayers and positive vibes from now ’til then. 

I’ll keep you updated on this critical battle.

Is it any wonder why Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?
