Democrat politicians are ALWAYS trying to silence our dissent.

That has proven especially true when it comes to their Income Tax bill.

They KNOW they’re outnumbered (record-setting 100K+ citizens signed in CON!)

So they have to cheat, manipulate, distort, and lie.

It’s their nature:

Yesterday’s hearing room was packed:

During the 1st hour, they gave testifiers 90 seconds.

That’s when they had their supporters speak.

In the 2nd hour, they dropped the time to 60 seconds.

That’s when we got to talk.

But when I got my turn, Democrats couldn’t even tolerate 60 seconds.

They kept interrupting me and even turned off my microphone … TWICE.

Was I using profanity?

No.

Was I yelling?

No.

Was I calling them names?

No.

I was just naming names.

What they couldn’t handle was hearing the TRUTH.

And they REALLY didn’t want the public to hear it.

Here’s the testimony I wrote for myself while I was waiting to be called up. 

“Tim Eyman, Kirkland.”

“SHAMELESS: just 2 years ago, this legislature voted to ban any state income tax, and this bill creates an income tax.”

“SHAMELESS: the Governor wants to take money from people who earned it to send checks to people who didn’t earn it. These Bobby Bribes are THEFT by another name.”

“SHAMELESS: the bill blatantly bribes Big Businesses w/ BILLIONS to buy their silence and keep them on the sidelines when there’s a public vote. These are PAY-OFFS.”

“SHAMELESS: Jamie Pedersen is literally calling Supreme Court (FIRST TIME I WAS INTERRUPTED AND MICROPHONE TURNED OFF) justices to bully them into upholding this obviously unconstitutionally income tax. That is CORRUPTION.”

“How worthy is a proposal when it requires bribes and pay-offs to pass?”

“But then we’re told ‘That’s just the way the game works in Olympia.’ This is not a game. It’s about jealousy and envy. This is a COVET bill.”

“Democrats want to give the people in this room money. Fine. Grab your wallets and purses and give them yours. (2ND TIME MICROPHONE TURNED OFF). Leave the rest of us alone.”

Despite the limited time and interruptions, I did my best to say that in 60 seconds.

Fortunately, while I was testifying, I was recording it on my phone (not a great angle but the audio is uninterrupted and obviously they couldn’t CENSOR that)

Democrat politicians will ALWAYS try to silence us.

But we can’t let them intimidate us into watering down our criticism.

We must continue to speak out forcefully with righteous indignation.

Because what they’re doing is wrong and we need to call them out on it.
