Jim Walsh & his team are still scrambling to gather up and receive all partially filled & fully filled petitions that are “out there” and “in circulation”. TURN IN ALL YOU GOT.

Also, my 58th birthday is this week — what are the best birthday gifts?

To: Our thousands of supporters throughout the state
(cc’d to the media, house & senate members, and Governor, and other candidates for office)

From: Tim Eyman

Jim Walsh and his team are heroes.

For months, they’ve been working their butts off to qualify 6 common sense initiatives for the all-important Nov 2024 ballot.

Each initiative needs 325K valid signatures.

The Secretary of State recommends 405k.

For 3 of those 6 initiatives, they’ve already turned in WAY ABOVE 405K.

So they’ve already qualified 3, which leaves 3 initiatives to go.

There are literally thousands of petitions “in circulation” for these 3 initiatives — meaning petitions for 2109, 2111, & 2124 are “out there” (sitting on store counters, stuffed in drawers, sitting in cars). Each of those petitions has voter signatures on them.

None of those signatures will count unless they’re turned into the Secretary of State.

And the only person who can turn them in is the initiatives’ sponsor Jim Walsh.

Jim & his team are still scrambling to gather up and receive all partially filled & fully filled petitions that are “out there” and “in circulation.”

You helping them get every last signature sent in / received / processed / and turned in is the best birthday gift I could possibly hope for.

There’s no better way to celebrate my birthday this week than by helping make sure Jim gets his 6 common sense initiatives over the finish line.

Again, I’m celebrating my birthday all week (I turn 58 on Friday).

Here’s me in first grade:

I didn’t know it at the time, but it was God’s will that I take up the flag for freedom with citizen initiatives.

For 26 years, I’ve been doing what I was born to do.

And I’ll keep doing it until the day I die.

And I know — thanks to your prayers, your friendship, your support — that I will feel like this EVERY SINGLE DAY:

As I wrote yesterday, for my birthday, I urge you to support the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so Richard can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.

Every time you help me is another chance for you to make sure Bob Ferguson fails to stop us!

I urge you to send in your most generous birthday donation THIS WEEK!

Mail your check to:
