SO TRUE: “It ain’t how hard you can hit, it’s how hard you can get hit, and keep movin’ forward, how much you can take, and keep moving forward.”

So true:

“Let me tell ya something you already know.

“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows.

“It’s a mean and nasty place.

“Nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.

“But it ain’t about how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward, how much you can take, and keep moving forward.”

— END —

Starting in 2012, I was hit with the most intense, soul-crushing government investigation and litigation you can imagine.

My response:

“What I know is that State Attorney General Bob Ferguson is trying to drive me out of politics, permanently,” Eyman said. “So you know what my reaction to that is? It’s to become as politically active as I have ever been in my life.” (Seattle Times, July 7, 2018)

*  In May 2018, Karen and I used our retirement fund to jumpstart the signature drive for our third $30 Tabs Initiative.

EYMAN RISKS $500K OF HIS OWN MONEY TO FUND CAR-TAB INITIATIVE

*  In November 2018, the AG’s lawsuit forced me into bankruptcy.

*  In January 2019, we qualified our initiative for the ballot.

* In January 2019, the AG interrogated Karen for 3 hours.

*  In January 2019, the AG forced my attorney to withdraw.

*  From January through Oct 2019, I was forced to defend myself without an attorney.

*  I also spent all of 2019 defending and promoting our $30 Car Tabs Initiative.

* In 2019, opponents spent $5 million trashing me and our initiative.

*  In Nov 2019, voters overwhelmingly passed it.

*  I confronted Inslee for blocking it.

* I confronted the AG for sabotaging it:

*  In November 2019, Richard Sanders agreed to be my attorney.

*  In 2020, I ran against Jay Inslee:

*  The day after I lost in the primary, I immediately endorsed and began promoting Loren Culp:

*  In 2021, the AG got the judge to rubberstamp his ridiculously unconstitutional restrictions on me and imposed a $5.5 million fine.

*  In 2021, I joined a national team to promote Election Integrity Initiatives in key swing states.

*  In 2023, the AG took my home and drained all my bank accounts.

*  During the legislative sessions in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, we mobilized our supporters and helped stop a new wealth tax, higher property taxes, a new pay-per-mile tax, rent control, attacks on the initiative process, and many other awful bills.

Thanks to all of you, we’ve been able to “keep moving forward.”

I urge you to please donate TODAY and help me get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned so this never happens to anyone else ever again.
