I am incredibly grateful to radio superstar Jason Rantz for having me on his show yesterday. It aired at 5:10 pm.

Toward the end of the interview, I gave a big “shout out” to fellow conservative political activist Glen Morgan to thank him again for filing such a DRAMATIC legal brief with the court in my case. I wrote about it on Tuesday (you can read it here).

I urge you to donate to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund because:

*  If Bob Ferguson gets away with this with me, then he’ll immediately target others the same way.

* For 26 years, I’ve done everything I could to fight for the taxpayers. And by working together, we’ve saved the taxpayers over $60.1 billion directly (and billions more indirectly by making it tougher to raise taxes).

*  Despite Bob Ferguson’s obsession with me and his 11 year political jihad against me, under the most difficult circumstances imaginable, I’ve done everything I could to give you VALUE for your prayers and support for the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund.

*  I’ve refused to give up or give in to the AG’s bullying:

*  I’m not just working on “Eyman initiatives” — I’m helping others on their own conservative causes (anti-tax, 2A, Election Integrity, and pro-family ballot measures in our state and other states across the nation, testifying and working with all of you to lobby against bad bills, defending our previous initiatives, and more).  

I don’t have to be the quarterback — I’m more than happy to be a behind-the-scenes coach and assist others in moving our state and our nation in more positive direction. 

I’m in a political death match w/ Bob Ferguson who’s now running for Governor:

Despite his best efforts to shut me/us down, I’m still here and I’m still fighting.

And that’s only because of all of you.

Thanks to your prayers and support, Richard Sanders can continue to fight back against Bob Ferguson, get this ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned, and make sure the AG’s persecution of me and my family never happens to anyone else ever again.
