Look at the AG’s sabotage of Jim Walsh’s initiatives – this is what the voters will see on the November ballot. To overcome it, remember this simple message: VOTE YES, PAY LESS.

Fighting for taxpayers for 27 years
This Friday the Secretary of State will start the process of printing up ballots for this November’s election.
At the very top will be the initiatives.
After that, it’ll list the races for President, US Senator, Governor, etc.
But again, the first thing voters will see is the initiatives.
The last time there was a statewide initiative on the ballot was 5 years ago — November 2019.
Here’s how that looked:
As you can see, there’s no pictures, no fancy graphics, it’s just straight text.
I’ve done a mock up so you can see what this November’s ballot will look like:
These 4 initiatives will save taxpayers BILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
And their passage will send a powerful message to all politicians: WE’RE TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY!
The heroes at Let’s Go Washington have a simple message:
Opponents have to convince voters that paying more is better than paying less.
Good luck with that.
Initiative sponsor Jim Walsh and superstar attorney Joel Ard with their lawsuit — and me with my lawsuit — worked really hard to remove the AG’s sabotage sentences from the ballot titles for Jim’s 3 initiatives.
We didn’t succeed. They will appear as shown above.
To overcome that, we have to hammer home that simple message:
I’m incredibly lucky to have so many friends in my corner as I fight back against the AG’s abuse of power.
Because of your support, I am appealing the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling because it’s so absurd:
* Lifetime ban on all future political activity?
* I’m no longer a person, I’m forever designated a ‘continuing political committee’?
* $5.5 million?
* Prohibiting me from earning money for the rest of my life?
