Hi Tim, my name is Erin, and I’m not a scammer, nor a henchwoman for Bob.
You were extremely helpful a few years back, when I spoke with you regarding not paying my tabs. I have gone 2 years without paying my tabs, even with cops behind me in traffic.
Today the “law” caught up with me and I was pulled over in Des Moines, and given a citation. I tried the peaceful protest approach, but the cop was unrelenting.
I’m going to schedule a mitigation hearing, and was wondering if you have any advice for what I can tell the judge. Was the $30 tab fee overturned? I thought it was in the news (maybe a few years ago!) that drivers weren’t being cited in King County for expired tabs.
I would appreciate any sage advice, and thank you!
