I never would’ve been able to do what Richard has done.

As I wrote previously, the AG’s attacks on me and my family has been going on for 11+ years.

And for about 9 months in 2019, I was forced to defend myself.

I was without legal representation because no lawyer was willing to take on the AG.

Ferguson was RELYING ON intimidation to stop people from helping.

I was incredibly blessed — during that dark time in my life — that:

* Richard, without hesitation, agreed to represent me after he recognized the fundamental flaws in the AG’s case:

FUNDAMENTAL FLAW #1: These are NOT campaign contributions:

And yet Ferguson said they were.

FUNDAMENTAL FLAW #2: The law vests ALL campaign reporting responsibilities with the treasurer and I was never the treasurer (CPA/former IRS investigator Stan Long was the treasurer). So how can I be liable for “failing to report” campaign contributions when these were never campaign contributions and I never had any legal authority (or ability) to report anything because I was never the treasurer?

As conservative activist Glen Morgan observed: “The weirdest part about this litigation against Eyman by the AG’s office was their novel theories invented exclusively for Eyman as this case progressed.”

This whole thing is a complete farce and that’s why it MUST be appealed.

Yesterday, my appeal took a huge leap forward: Richard submitted a 5000-word filing for higher court review.

Without your support for my legal defense fund, this brutally dangerous legal precedent never would’ve been challenged. 

And Bully Bob Ferguson would’ve immediately targeted others using my case as precedent. 

I cannot — I WILL NOT — allow that to happen.

Our appeal is absolutely essential so that together, we can guarantee what the AG has done to me and my family over the past 11+ years NEVER HAPPENS TO ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN.
