Jim Walsh and the heroes at Let’s Go Washington qualified 7 initiatives this cycle.

AN INCREDIBLE ACCOMPLISHMENT!

Impressively, pressure from the people spurred the Legislature to pass 3 of those initiatives into law:

The remaining 4 initiatives were on the November ballot.

1 was passed by voters (stopped Inslee’s ban on natural gas).

The 3 tax initiatives didn’t pass (repeal of Inslee’s Cap & Tax, the stand-alone repeal of Inslee’s Capital Gains Tax, and making optional Inslee’s Long-Term Insurance Scam)

The ballot titles for those 3 initiatives were sabotaged by the AG.

In 2022, Inslee and the Democrats’ passed a bill that empowered the AG to sabotage all future tax initiatives.

And that’s exactly what Ferguson did with Jim’s 3 tax initiatives.

My lawsuit challenges the legality and constitutionality of that law.

The Democrats’ law does not “facilitate” the initiative process — it clearly frustrates it — and that makes it unconstitutional. The AG’s sabotage sentences are inaccurate, biased, and clearly intended to sway voters to vote no.

This Friday — sometime after 9:00am — our case will be heard.

It’ll last 30 minutes.

And then the judge will decide.

This is a BIGGIE.
