PART 4: BIRD-DOGGING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. I’m still trying to stop him from sabotaging Jim Walsh’s initiatives. Here’s my latest update on that.

For weeks, I’ve been bird-dogging Bob Ferguson to stop him from sabotaging Jim Walsh’s 3 initiatives that will be on the general election ballot (BACKGROUND: In 2022, the Democrats passed a law that empowers the AG to insert a SABOTAGE SENTENCE into the official ballot title for each initiative – you can read more about it by clicking here).

Last Monday, the AG wrote to me and confirmed he planned to sabotage all 3 initiatives.

Yesterday, I replied with this:

“Please let me know more specifically when your office plans to submit to the Secretary of State the ‘public investment public disclosures’ for Jim Walsh’s 3 initiatives (RCW 29A.72.027(5) “The attorney general must file the public investment impact disclosure with the secretary of state no later than July 23rd”).

“Do you plan to issue them this month? mid-June? end of June? mid-July? just before July 23rd? on July 23rd? Please let me know the expected / anticipated time frame on those.

“I noticed in this news story that your office refused to disclose when those would be issued (“Government-infused speech could kill Washington initiatives this November”, THE CENTER SQUARE, March 28).

“Please don’t keep that a secret from the press and the people any longer.

I will definitely let everyone know when/if the AG replies.

As I’ve written repeatedly, I believe this obnoxious law is unconstitutional.

But to challenge it in court, the plaintiff has to be initiative sponsor Jim Walsh and the good folks at Let’s Go Washington.

I urge you to urge them to challenge the constitutionality of this horribly destructive law.

This law needs to be overturned so that none of Jim’s 3 initiatives (or any future tax initiative) can be sabotaged by the AG.

I’ll continue to keep everyone updated on this mortal threat to the initiative process.

It should be obvious why Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity.
