My lawsuit against the AG and the Secretary of State is this Friday.

I’m challenging their bushwhack attack on the initiative process when they unilaterally raised the initiative filing fee from $5 to $156.

Only the Legislature can do that.

It’s an abuse of power and I’m asking the judge to rule against them.

I’m not an attorney — I’m doing this on my own.

It’s taken me weeks to get the evidence I’m presenting here.
