Does election integrity matter?

Many of us have lost faith in the electoral process because the Democrats, bureaucrats, and judges don’t seem to EVER give a darn about ensuring the laws and the Constitution are followed

For example, Jim Walsh is sponsoring an initiative right now that ensures only US citizens vote in our elections.

Even though it’s supposed to be illegal for non-citizens to vote, the Dems are freaking out over Jim’s initiative because it puts in safeguards to ensure that actually happens.

It’s a great example of Election Integrity that so many of us are committed to.

And for years now, I’ve been part of team that’s fighting for Photo ID to Vote Initiatives in key swing states.

We’re targeting even more states right now.

Well, there’s another kind of Election Integrity that’s happening in the city of Everett.

And it’s coming to a head today and tomorrow because ballots start getting printed on Wednesday.

QUICK BACKSTORY: In a local city council race in Everett, Democrat Niko Battle was the top vote getter in the top 2 primary.

But here’s the problem: to be qualified to run, there are residency requirements and other mandated laws — he didn’t follow them.

Now, when he filed his candidacy, he must’ve said to himself “I’m a Democrat and NOBODY cares about Election Integrity so it doesn’t matter if I follow the law.”

There’s been a lot of news stories about this (Lynnwood Times, My Everett News, Everett Post, Everett Herald, and others).

But the media can’t get a candidate off the ballot by writing stories about it.

Well, a private citizen did their homework and hitting Battle with an insanely well researched, well documented 2-pronged crackdown that’s truly impressive. His attention to detail in his 77 page “indictment” is stunning.

His actions have resulted in the County Auditor having a hearing today at 9am and Snohomish County judge having a hearing tomorrow at 3pm. I’m attending both.

What does Battle have to say about all this?

Zip, zero, nadda. Radio silence.

He may not even attend these 2 hearings.

Will Election Integrity matter here?
