This week’s BIG news is of course the launch of signature drives for 2 new common sense initiatives being promoted by Let’s Go WA (superstar Brian Heywood). The 1st initiative Restores the Parents Rights Initiative and the 2nd Prohibits Boys from Competing in Girls Sports. Very exciting.

But I gotta tell you about a HUGE win for Election Integrity that I saw first-hand in Everett. When I wrote about this a few days ago, I asked “Does election integrity matter?” I’m sure many of you rolled your eyes and thought “Not in WA”.

Well, Election Integrity did matter here and it’s a very inspiring story. The final verdict — Democrat candidate Niko Battle lost his battle — yesterday a judge booted Battle off the ballot.

Thank you for responding to my request to send thank you emails to Brian Heywood. He deserves our appreciation and admiration (click here for details: GREAT NEWS: Superhero Brian Heywood just launched 2 signature drives for 2 common sense initiatives. Let’s all thank him for PERSEVERING  here for details).

The guy’s a SAINT !!

But I gotta tell you about a HUGE win for Election Integrity that I saw first-hand in Everett.

It started with an administrative hearing on Monday:

And it ended yesterday at a judicial hearing:

I went to both hearings because Election Integrity was on the line and I wanted to see first-hand either the gaping lack of it or the unlikely validation of it.

Based on my 28 years of experience, I assumed the worst.

But shockingly I personally witnessed WA’s electoral system respecting Election Integrity for a change.

And to top it off, it was one of the most intense SMACKDOWNS I’ve ever seen.

And it happened to a Democrat.

Everett City Council candidate Niko Battle explained why this was happening to him and why his fellow Democrats were targeting him:

This weaponization of the voter challenge process against him is “a new iteration and an old game…. anti-black class warfare.”

When I heard that I immediately assumed GAME OVER and the electoral system would do what it always does and back down and back off.

But this judge wasn’t intimidated by that kind of rhetoric.

In fact, it clearly pissed him off.

Because after listening to nearly an hour of double-talk coming out of this clown’s mouth, the judge gave his oral ruling.

And it was EPIC.

Click on the image below to watch it — yes, I know it lasts 5 minutes but I am ABSOLUTELY certain you will LOVE every second of it just like I did:

Incredible.

Like I previously said, like any other Democrat, Niko Battle clearly thought the laws and Constitution didn’t apply to him because he was, after all, a Democrat.

But in yesterday’s court hearing, he was under oath and subject to perjury if he didn’t tell the truth.

I’m gonna write more about this because this was such an amazing political spectacle.

As always, I welcome your feedback.

Is it any wonder Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?

I urge you to help me survive this political persecution by donating to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so we can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.

I love you all.
