WATCH 41 second video of my protest — Democrats went nuts because I was speaking. They called in security. Gotta love the hypocrisy — they’re not following rules, why should we?Â

Fighting for taxpayers for 29Â years
Guess what I did on Monday?
I stood up and calmly spoke to public officials at a public meeting in a public building.
They went nuts, called over security, and had me removed.

Why were they freaking out?
They have a “rule” that says citizens are not allowed to speak when they’re voting on bills.
I didn’t follow their rule.

(small point: I spoke after they had voted so I didn’t technically break their rule)
Their overreaction is priceless because they’re so full of themselves that they can’t recognize the obvious:
They’re total hypocrites.
Because they’re not following the rules either.
“CONSTITUTION? WE DON’T NEED NO STINKING CONSTITUTION”
The Constitution says Democrats can’t create a state income tax with a bill.
Senate Bill 6345 is a bill that creates a state income tax.
So Democrats aren’t following the Constitution.

“LAWS? WE DON’T NEED NO STINKING LAWS”
2 years ago, the Legislature overwhelmingly passed Initiative 2111 which created a law that prohibits a state income tax.Â
Their bill violates that law.
So Democrats aren’t following the law.

“RULES? WE DON’T NEED NO STINKING RULES”
The Democrats have a rule that says they can’t have a hearing on a bill unless it’s been available to the public for 5 days (it’s literally called “the 5-day rule”).
Friday morning the bill’s text was released and their hearing was at 1:30pm. Â
So Democrats aren’t following the rules.

So on Monday morning, the day after Seahawks victory (no coincidence), they announced they were going to be voting on it at their 10:30am hearing (another rule chucked out the door).
So I scrambled outta bed and drove down there.

I sat there for hours while they slogged through stupid bill after stupid bill, putting off the discussion and debate on the only bill the public really cared about.
And when the time finally came — 1:15 pm — for them to vote on the Democrats Income Tax bill …
They postponed the hearing so they could all go to lunch.

So 2:30 rolls around and they start filing back in.
They bring it up.
The deadline for Republicans to submit amendments for the bill was 2 days after the hearing.
12 noon on Super Bowl Sunday.

The R’s gave great speeches.
The D’s hardly talked at all.
Why?
Because they’re not following the Constitution — and they don’t care.
Because they’re not following the law — and they don’t care.
Because they’re not following the rules — and they don’t care.
What can a regular citizen do after watching so many violations of our rights, our Constitution, and our laws?Â
I did what any citizen has every right to do — I stood up and spoke:
It’s just 41 seconds long — if that doesn’t work, click here.Â
It really freaked them out that someone wasn’t following the rules.
Gimmee a break!
The media took the bait and made it sound like I threw rocks at them:

As always, I welcome your feedback.
For 29Â years, I’ve been fighting for the people of our state and our nation.Â
Here’s THE ONLY REASON Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity:

I urge you to help me fight back against his abuse of power by donating to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so Richard Sanders and the Pacific Legal Foundation can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.
