Thank you Mike Bay from TVW for livestreaming and recording and storing the video of those 2 epic court hearings on Friday. They’ll be available to everyone forever.

But in this update, thanks to Charlie Kirry, those videos have been modified so “the preliminary crap” is cut out and he’s made it much easier to watch and listen.

So first up was me at 9:00 am.

My lawsuit against the AG was this assault on the initiative process by massively increasing the initiative filing fee from $5 to $156.

Next up was superstar attorney Joel Ard — representing initiative sponsor Jim Walsh. His lawsuit against the AG concerns his attempt to sabotage Jim’s 3 initiatives that will be on the November ballot with a “sabotage sentence” in the initiatives’ official descriptions.

The first thing you’ll notice is Joel is a much better attorney than I am. 

But that’s not tough since I’m not an attorney.

I so admire Joel — the man is beyond brilliant and I think he kicked the crap out of the AG.

These fights are worth fighting despite the fact they’re always David versus Goliath battles.
