It was an absolutely amazing turnout of citizens opposed to this proposed 8% PROPERTY TAX INCREASE!!

Literally every person who was there testified against it. 

Each taxpayer gave passionate, well-informed, compelling testimony.

It was really impressive.

Then it was my turn.

You probably can’t hear it but during my testimony, one of the uber liberal councilmembers (Megan Dunn) whined that I was only targeting Jared Mead (the swing vote) rather than addressing the entire council. You’ll see how I responded to that. 

On Mon, Nov 25th, the council will vote.

I’ll continue to bird-dog this and keep y’all updated.

TOMORROW (Friday, Nov 15, 9am): court hearing challenging Bob Ferguson (trying to overturn the AG’s sabotage of tax initiatives)

It makes a big difference to have a packed courtroom.

The Democrats’ law does not “facilitate” the initiative process and that makes it unconstitutional. The AG’s sabotage sentences are inaccurate, biased, and clearly intended to sway voters to vote no.

Sometime after 9:00am our case will be heard.

It’ll last 30 minutes.

And then the judge will decide.

This is a BIGGIE.
