Fighting for Taxpayers for 27 years

For 12 long years, I’ve been slammed with the most intense, soul-crushing government litigation against a private individual in state history. Bob Ferguson has had unlimited resources to assign teams of taxpayer-financed lawyers to bury me and my attorneys in an endless maze of motions and procedures targeting me, Karen, our kids, my relatives, and others close to me.

He’s wasted more taxpayer dollars going after me than all other cases in the last 12 years COMBINED!

So you can imagine how gratifying it is to be suing him for abuse of power.

And imagine how great it felt to me to know that he’s being sued by someone else (represented by an exceptionally talented attorney) for abuse of power in the same court on the same day.

Friday was epic.

I’m not an attorney — I handled this lawsuit myself because I don’t have any money to hire one.

It has taken me months to collect evidence, draft arguments, and file briefs.

It was a lot of work but it was totally worth it. You can read my closing arguments here.

But yesterday I finally had my chance to stand before the judge to present my arguments.

I had been really nervous in the days before and the morning of the hearing.

But once I started speaking, all my nervousness melted away.

I simply presented my evidence but even more importantly, I simply spoke from the heart.

The judge listened to both sides and said he will issue his decision next week.

What made it easier?

Many of my friends came to watch:

Knowing that I have so many great people in my corner supporting my efforts to expose our corrupt AG gave me a sense of solace and relief.

What also helped was that two great friends — Charlie Kirry & Dana Cruz — were there the recorded both hearings in person.

So they’re working on getting them set up. When they’re ready, they’ll send me links and I’ll make sure to send them out so you can watch and listen to them yourself.

How did Jim Walsh’s lawsuit against the AG turn out.

Here’s a short video by my good friend Anthony Mixer with the Young Republicans where he interviewed Jim & I afterwards — click on the image below to watch it:

If that doesn’t work, click here to watch it.

Be assured, I felt the power of the prayers from all of you.

Your prayers and positive vibes calmed me and strengthened me throughout the day.

There’s more to say about this and I’ll make sure to share those thoughts with you when I sent out links to the court videos.

Is it any wonder why Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?

I urge you to help me fight back against the AG’s abuse of power by donating to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so that Richard Sanders can get this ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.
