The meeting agenda said I needed to check in before 8:50am:

I walked in at 8:30am.

When I asked to testify, they said the cut-off to sign up was 8:00am. 

I pointed to the agenda and asked where it said 8:00am.

Their answer: “It’s on our website.”

I stayed calm and pointed out — repeatedly — their bait-and-switch and asked — again and again — that I speak anyway. 

Fortunately, during this increasingly tense exchange, in walked fellow activist Lisa Templeton, the Director of Informed ChoiceWA. 

Now, because it wasn’t just me, they relented and we both gave our testimony.

It’s clear they didn’t like what I was saying because at the end you can hear them trying to cut me off. 

But I didn’t let that stop me and I finished my remarks anyway.

This Bob Ferguson monster is really dangerous so I will definitely keep you updated on it.

Is it any wonder why he’s trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?

With the expert legal assistance of Richard Sanders, I am appealing the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling because it’s so absurd:

* Lifetime ban on all future political activity?

* I’m no longer a person, I’m forever designated a ‘continuing political committee’?
