I’m in court tomorrow battling with the AG about initiatives. Also, here’s how Saturday went when I spoke at the Pacific County GOP dinner.

If you can make it, I urge you to join me tomorrow in court as I battle with the AG about initiatives. I don’t know a lot about everything — but I do know everything about the AG corrupting the initiative process. It’s gonna be a raucous court hearing.
And it always gives me strength when “my people” are behind me:

DETAILS: Tues, April 14, 1:30-2pm (I’ll get there around 1pm), Thurston County Superior Court, 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW, Olympia, Judge Christine Schaller’s courtroom. It’d be great if you can be there in person, but if you can’t, you can watch it on ZOOM.
1) At 1:30pm, click here to watch it (that’s the direct link to Judge
Schaller’s courtroom).
2) If that doesn’t work, here are the login instructions for ZOOM:

I’ll make sure to give you my full report on Wednesday.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS – I HAD NOTHING BUT SAVE TRAVELS ON SATURDAY
It was a long drive from Kirkland to the city of Chinook.

It was actually a beautiful drive:

I was honored to be the keynote speaker at the Pacific County GOP Lincoln Day dinner.

It was really well-organized and the turnout was fantastic. I went table to table, person to person and introduced myself and thanked them for coming. Everyone was incredibly kind to me.
I was first up and “did my thing” (30 minutes of remarks mixed in with a lot of Q&A):

I went over all the things we’ve accomplished together over the past 29 years. I highlighted how much taxpayers we’ve saved the taxpayers ($79.5 billion so far). And of course I talked about my 13+ battle with Bob Ferguson and my appeal.
I took the opportunity to give a big “shout out” to the very heroic Senator Jeff Wilson who was instrumental in killing the Democrats’ Initiative Killer bill:

… as well as House Rep. Joel McEntire and Super Sheriff David Patrick:

When I finished, everyone gave me a “spontaneous” standing ovation:

Oh, OK, I asked everyone to stand up and I gave them a 3 second countdown so I could get a picture of them clapping uproariously — hah!
It was a great event.
As I was driving home, Rep. McEntire sent me this very thoughtful text:
“Tim, just wanted to say thank you for coming all the way out to Pacific County to be our Keynote Speaker. You brought the house down with your ‘never give up’ speech. Very few can say they have been more persecuted by government than you have … and yet you still stand … defiant. Very inspiring. You really fired everyone up. You are always welcome here. Save travels. — Joel”
Classy.
Thank you all for your prayers and support.
As always, I welcome your feedback.
For 29 years, I’ve been fighting for our state and our nation.
Is it any wonder Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?

I urge you to help me survive this political persecution by donating to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so we can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.

The only reason I’m still here and I’m still fighting is because of the prayers, love, and support of wonderful friends like you who’ve seen this gross injustice and abuse of power and are willing to help.

I love you all.
Onward!
Tim
