Fighting for taxpayers for 28 years
I filed a referendum to give the voters the chance to veto the bill gutting the Parents Rights Initiative.
But Steve Hobbs blocked it.
So I took 2 actions:
1) A lawsuit with the state supreme court asking them to order Steve Hobbs to follow the law and process the referendum. Here’s my closing argument. My case is being taken up tomorrow and their decision will be issued soon after. Stay tuned.
2) A Recall Petition on Steve Hobbs for violating his oath of office. The court hearing is this Friday, June 6, at 9:00am in Olympia.
I urge EVERYONE to watch it one way or another:
TO SEE IT IN PERSON: If at all possible, I urge you to join me in the courtroom — it’s this Fri, June 6, 9:00 am (I’ll be there at 8:30am), Olympia, Thurston County Courthouse, 2000 Lakeridge Dr, Building 2, Judge Chris Lanese courtroom is on the 2nd floor.
Judges act differently when the courtroom is packed so I hope to see you there.

I’ve never done a Recall Petition and I’m not an attorney.
That’s why I want EVERYONE watching.
For me, knowing that my friends are with me, pulling for me, and praying for me gives me a great deal of strength and really helps my stress level.
We’ve accomplished so much together.
And the reason is our proven strategy of always staying on offense.
All our victories happened because we stood together.
And the battle continues.
And I’m committed to continuing the fight.
That’s why Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity.
