UPDATE ON MY APPEAL: Bob Ferguson counted on me running out of money to pay my attorneys to fight back. Because of you, he FAILED. On Tues, Oct 27 at 10:30am in Tacoma, they will do battle with the AG during oral argument on my appeal of Bob Ferguson’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling against me. Lifetime ban on all my future political activity? For the REST OF MY LIFE, I am not a person, I’m a first-in-history one-man continuing political committee?
FOREVER illegal for me to earn money inside or outside the political arena? Drained of all money and all assets and zero income for the past 4 years, I’m supposed to give them $8 million? And if I don’t pay, that $8 million increases 12% per year?
It’s INSANE! Here’s why he targeted me: the average household in WA has saved $23,718 ($75.9 BILLION overall) from our tax initiatives.
Those are DIRECT savings from lower car tab taxes and limits on property tax increases. What that $75.9 billion doesn’t include are the INDIRECT savings — how much did taxpayers save because we deterred politicians from proposing higher taxes in the first place? We can’t quantify that but you know in your gut it’s A LOT!

14 years of investigation, litigation, and persecution by Bob Ferguson.
14 years
And he didn’t stop at me, he went after Karen, my kids, my relatives, and my friends.
What a vile, vindictive, evil little bully he is.
From 2012 through 2018, my legal costs got so expensive that I filed for bankruptcy.
It didn’t help — they took away everything I had ever earned in my lifetime, including my retirement and my house.
During those 6 years, I had attorneys so badly bullied by Ferguson that they dropped me as a client.
When I was left lawyer-less in 2019, I asked the court to enter a default judgment against me.
Ferguson opposed it because that would’ve ended it.
So I was forced to represent myself without an attorney against the UNLIMITED RESOURCES OF THE WASHINGTON STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE.
This was when Ferguson got the court to strip me of my personhood. Before there was even a trial, I was designated — FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE — as a walking talking political committee who has to register with the government and hire a treasurer to report all my personal income and all my personal expenses, whether related to politics or not, for the rest of my life. Worst of all, this first-time-in-history designation made it illegal for me to earn money.
It was at this low point when former state supreme court justice Richard Sanders courageously agreed to represent me.
He has been a gift from God for me.
I would’ve gone insane if he hadn’t stepped up to help me.
He got me past the labyrinth of discovery.
He got me through the 1st lower court trial.
Richard expertly exposed the fatal flaws in the AG’s case (I never took anyone’s money, everyone’s assistance was voluntary, none of them were campaign contributions and so treasurer Stan Long made the correct decision to not include them on the campaign reports).
But where Richard really excelled was exposing the AG’s lies.
“Contrary to the State’s innuendo, the only money Mr. Eyman received over the past two decades was not taken or stolen from anyone. Friends voluntarily chose to help Mr. Eyman and his family – there is nothing unlawful about that. Mr. Eyman never took money from anyone – he wasn’t a signer on anyone’s bank account except his own. In every instance, the money he received came from people who chose to voluntarily give it to him. And he consulted with professionals – why wouldn’t he? – to ensure he was following state and federal laws. For 8 years, Mr. Eyman has been put through the ringer. It’s nothing short of a miracle he’s still standing.”
He got me through the 1st round of appeals.
He got me through the 2nd lower court trial.
He convinced the Pacific Legal Foundation to handle the excessive fine violation (the US Constitution prohibits the government from imposing a financial penalty that is “excessive” — a major factor in determining what is excessive is “ability to pay” — does someone who has nothing, earns nothing, and can’t work have the ability to give the government $8 million?).
