Fighting for taxpayers for 29 years
Thank you Brian Heywood and his heroic team at Let’s Go Washington (and the 100’s of 1000’s of voters who signed petitions) for the chance to vote on 3 statewide initiatives. It’s an amazing accomplishment to qualify 1 — it’s truly remarkable to qualify 3.
VOTE “YES” ON ALL OF THEM.
First on your ballot is Initiative 645 which prohibits state and local governments from imposing an income tax and repeals the income tax the Democrats’ and Ferguson passed this year.
VOTE YES on Initiative 645 to stop all income taxes.
Second on the ballot is Initiative 001 which renews the Parents Rights Initiative that we, the people demanded in 2024, but got gutted by the Democrats and Ferguson this year.
VOTE YES on Initiative 001 to reaffirm parents rights.
And the 3rd one is Initiative 638 which protects girls’ sports by not only allowing girls to compete against other girls.
VOTE YES on Initiative 638 to protect girls’ sports.

And yes, I agree, we’re living in crazy times that we even need to debate just basic issues. But with Ferguson and the Democrats controlling Olympia and imposing so much nutty stuff, we have no choice but to fight back.
And we are BEYOND BLESSED that we have such a courageous leader like Brian Heywood …

… who has the commitment and persistence to give the people the chance to vote on them.

As for the state supreme court, there are an unprecedented 5 open seats.
Here’s the list of candidates that I’ve seen recommended by people and organizations who I trust:

I also ran across this which shows each of them and who they’re running against:

And yes, I agree, that’s really small print but you can zoom in.
There’s also many local issues on the ballot and I’ll do my best to report on those in later updates. Please reply to this email and let me know.
As always, I welcome your feedback.
For 29 years, I’ve been fighting for our state and our nation.
Is it any wonder Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?

I implore you to support the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so Richard Sanders and the Pacific Legal Foundation can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned (oral argument is on Tues, Oct 27th, 10:30am, 909 A Street, Tacoma — or you can watch it on TVW by clicking here).
Let’s make sure what Ferguson has done to me and my family never happens to anyone else ever again.

The only reason I’m still here and I’m still fighting is because of the prayers, love, and support of wonderful friends like you who’ve seen this gross injustice and abuse of power and are willing to help.

I love you all.
Onward!
