60 SECOND VIDEO: I only had 1 minute to rip into Sound Transit’s politicians – how’d I do?

They only provided public comment in the middle of the day on a work day.

They DID NOT want to hear from regular citizens. 

So on behalf of all the regular people who don’t want to pay $20 for parking, stand in line for an hour, wait 2 hours listening to all the preliminary crap that politicians say, wait another hour until your name is called, and then only having 1 minute to speak, I went to Sound Transit’s meeting on Thursday to speak for all of us.

I posted this while I was waiting:

I finally got called up.

I sat in the front row and looked at the politicians before me:

The Sound Transit Board is a complete collection of fiscally irresponsible politicians whose gross incompetence has resulted in putting themselves in a $35 billion hole. 

Their leader is Seattle’s mayor Katie Wilson. She was the one calling all the shots and she was the first to bring up a taxpayer-funded bailout.

It is sooooooo infuriating facing off against so many lies, so much corruption, arrogance, and guilt-free shamelessness. It’s tough to not just explode. But I tried my best to express how all of us feel about it/them.
