Back in April, thanks to the brilliant briefs and persuasive oral arguments presented by attorneys Joel Ard and Mark Lamb, the constitutionally guaranteed right to elect your local sheriff was protected.

But what the judge ordered was a TEMPORARY hold:

Tomorrow, the sheriffs are asking that same judge to rule that the law is unconstitutional.

On the other side, the AG will say Bob Ferguson and the Democrat controlled Legislature have the power to take away our constitutionally guaranteed right to vote on our local sheriff. 

This is a BIGGIE.

I ask everyone to do one of these 3 things on Friday:
