Last week I once again faced off with the AG:

I beat him the week before but at this one, I lost.

Tomorrow, our side has a much better shot. 

Why?

Because it won’t be me against the AG.

I’ll be sitting in courtroom watching an exceptional, experience attorney — Mark Lamb — fight to protect our sheriffs from the Democrats’ legislative assault on their independence and the constitutionally guaranteed right of the people to choose their own sheriff.

Mark is representing 4 duly elected sheriffs who are challenging this new law (Senate Bill 5974 – KTTH superstar Jason Rantz wrote a great news story about this legal challenge — click here to read it). 

At tomorrow’s 2pm hearing, the judge is being asked to grant a preliminary injunction — to put the law on hold — until its constitutionality can be decided.

Candidates for sheriff must file NEXT WEEK and many are refusing because this new law violates their First Amendment rights — they refuse to sign onto the LOYALTY OATH that is demanded of them in this new law.

Mark is facing off against Noah Purcell, the longtime lackey for Bob Ferguson and Nick Brown. I’ve faced off with him when he sabotaged our $30 Tabs Initiative:

Total weasel.

I went to one of the hearings on this horrible bill and signed up to testify.

But it was one of those “staged” Democrat hearings where regular folks weren’t allowed to speak. 

Tomorrow, attorney Mark Lamb will be speaking for all of us.

I ask you to pray for him.
