SHERIFFS PROTECTED THANKS TO THESE HEROES – I had a front row seat to watch history being made. Here’s my report, including pictures and videos. VICTORY!

What a thrill — I had a front row seat to see history being made in Olympia:

Yesterday’s court hearing lasted for over 2 hours.

The whole time we didn’t know if our sheriffs — and the people’s right to vote for them — would be protected.

It was tense.

Since a picture is worth a 1000 words, here’s how I felt the whole time:

That pretty much captures how we all felt watching this unfold.

Fortunately for our side, there were several heroes in that courtroom that made this victory happen:

HERO #1: on behalf of several courageous sheriffs, attorney Mark Lamb calmly and methodically dismantled the absurdity of the Democrats “decertify sheriffs who voters support but we, the establishment, want removed” law.

Radio superstar interviewed Mark after the hearing and wrote a great story about it. Click here to read it.

HEROES #2: the courageous sheriffs who fought for their right to run for reelection but in actuality they were fighting for all sheriffs and for every voter’s right to vote:

HERO #3: all members of the media who showed up to cover this, but most especially the Lynnwood Times and their videographer Dana Cruz and his assistant Joe for covering and immediately posting video from the hearing (see below).

HERO #4: Judge Christine Schaller for her thorough oral explanation for her ruling. If you’re on Facebook, click on the image below to watch the “grand finale”:

This is a HUGE victory for the good guys and a stunning rebuke to the Democrats.

Now let me share my favorite moment — it happened at the very end.

The judge had just finished signing the order putting this horribly unconstitutional law on hold and was getting up to leave the courtroom.

It was only then that Ferguson/Brown’s lackey Noah Purcell threw a Hail Mary pass — he asked the judge — with that annoyingly whiny voice of his — to put her ruling on hold while the AG appealed her ruling.

The law was to take effect THE FOLLOWING DAY (today) so the entire hearing was about whether or not the judge would grant a Preliminary Injunction to not allow the law to take effect.

And she granted it and she had just finished ruling to put the law on hold.

Why would a judge rule against you and then turn around and rule for you?

The judge paused for several seconds – I swear she was struggling not to laugh at him — and calmly said she wouldn’t and walked out.

PRICELESS!

Rarely do the good guys win in our state’s court system (I’m pretty familiar with that).

So when we do, it’s important for us to celebrate it and enjoy it.

And this one was a BIGGIE!

As always, I welcome your feedback.

For 29 years, I’ve been fighting for our state and our nation.

Is it any wonder Bully Bob Ferguson is trying so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?

I urge you to help me survive this political persecution by donating to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so we can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.

The only reason I’m still here and I’m still fighting is because of the prayers, love, and support of wonderful friends like you who’ve seen this gross injustice and abuse of power and are willing to help.

I love you all.

Onward!
