For 14+ years, I’ve been in a political death match with Bob Ferguson.

14 years of investigation, litigation, and persecution.

By grinding on me year after year after year, he has left me destitute: he drained all my bank accounts, took away my house and retirement fund, and made it illegal for me to have a job or earn money FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

The financial penalty he got against me is now $8 million and it continues to accrue 12% per year (so it’ll be roughly $9m next year, $10m the year after). 

He even robbed me of my “personhood.”

What do I mean by that?

In January 2019, after forcing my attorney off the case leaving me to defend myself, he got the court to designate me individually as a walking, talking one-man political committee.

I now live in a very small apartment in Kirkland and my only asset is a used car (with tabs I haven’t renewed for 7 years – hah!).

That’s all really bad — but the worst part is this: after he had financially destroyed me, he wasn’t satisfied.

So he went after Karen, my kids, and my relatives.

That’s what the Mafia does.

Imagine what it’s like to see those closest to you get attacked by someone in the government who has unlimited resources.

So this goes beyond policy disagreements like the income tax, parents’ rights, 2A rights, initiative rights (you know, the normal stuff).

For me, it’s very, very personal.

I know we all had our “dislikes” about Inslee (I’m sure he’s enjoying his $27 million ranch in Hayden, Idaho).

But is it just me or is Bob turning out to be even worse?

Let me know what it is about Bob you don’t like.

He’s a dirty dog, that’s for sure.

With my appeal being heard this Tuesday, I urge you to donate to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so Richard Sanders and the Pacific Legal Foundation can get this ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.
