TRANSLATION: Liberal activist Arthur West asked the High Court to grant his preliminary injunction motion. And he got 4 justices to agree to that.

As someone who has been slammed with several 9-0 rulings against some of the lawsuits I’ve been involved with over the years, I can’t help but be impressed with his accomplishment.

This valiant effort has had the extra benefit of putting a bright spotlight on the warning label that will appear on voters’ ballots in November. And to highlight the importance of the election of state supreme court candidates in November. 

I urge EVERYONE to send an email — RIGHT NOW — to these heroic men and women who are still fighting for our rights in Washington state: Arthur West, Brian Heywood, Callie Castillo, Richard Sanders, Paul Jacob, Dick Stephens, Jim Walsh, Joel Ard, & Rob McKenna,

My family and I really appreciate and admire each and every one of you for your heroic efforts to help secure our rights in WA state. We are viscerally opposed to the Democrats’ unconstitutional income tax and are so grateful for your efforts to help stop it. Brian, without you, there wouldn’t be an Initiative IP26-645. Arthur, your litigation to get rid of warning labels on initiatives was and is a valiant effort and it’s amazing you got 4 justices to vote your way — I support you in your continued effort to get that 2022 law overturned so that no future tax initiative ever gets a warning label ever again. Callie, thank you for fighting on behalf of Brian in court regarding the AG’s warning label for this initiative. Richard, thank you for writing an exceptional Amicus Brief. Paul, I so appreciate you and Citizens In Charge Foundation for hiring Richard Sanders to draft and submit such a thorough Amicus Brief. Dick, I’m so grateful to you for dropping everything and drafting and filing Tim’s Amicus Brief. Jim, thanks for filing a great Amicus brief in this case. Joel, I appreciate you writing such a compelling and persuasive Amicus Brief for Jim. Rob, thank you for working with Phil Talmadge to get the Democrats’ unconstitutional income tax overturned. 

Each and every one of you are heroes in my book.
