This is a REALLY BIG DEAL so that’s why I trekked to & from Olympia yesterday.

I got to the TEMPLE OF JUSTICE around 8:45am:

That was posted yesterday.

I went to the clerk’s office at 1:30pm and asked if “Panel 1” had issued a decision – she said the parties would be notified when they do.

So I drove home and waited and waited and waited.

5pm? Still no decision.

Was this a good sign or a bad sign?

I had no idea.

So it was a sleepless night.

WELL, I HAVE GREAT NEWS, EVERYONE:

While I was finishing the update above, I received an email from my attorney Dick Stephens. Because he filed my short Amicus Brief in the appeal, he was sent this notification from the state supreme court JUST NOW:

TRANSLATION: Those 5 justices who considered this appeal all decided that all 9 justices need to decide. 

And they’ll be doing that TOMORROW (Thurs, Sept 3). 

This continues to be a really big deal so I’m gonna do my best to keep everyone updated on this.
