I stood right next to Bob Ferguson as he signed. I was so close I could smell the sulfur emanating from him.

Fighting for taxpayers for 29 years

I’ve peacefully protested at bill signings for years.

When Gregoire suspended our 2/3-Vote-To-Raise-Taxes initiative:

When she allowed local governments to raise car tab fees:

When Inslee refused to implement our $30 Tabs Initiative:

And when Ferguson gutted the Parents Rights Initiative:

So it shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone that I’d be willing to do it again and stand right next to Ferguson as he signed the Democrats’ Destructive Income Tax bill:

I got really close to him …

… so close that I could smell the sulfur emanating from him.

There’s no doubt that Ferguson’s staff, campus security, and State Patrol blocked us from entering the room for the public bill signing:

But eventually I did get in there.

About an hour after the bill signing was over, they had a rally on the Capitol steps.

I went to that also.

Why?

To peacefully protest.

For the bill signing, we were the first ones there:

For the rally afterwards, same thing:

I protested by just standing there in the front row, so that every time Democrat speakers looked up, they’d see this …

… me standing right in the middle of their crowd of supporters.

I wasn’t disrespectful or disruptive.

I just stood there.

What did this accomplish?

It showed Bob Ferguson, his staff, Democrat legislators, campus security, the State Patrol, their supporters, and the media that no matter how many roadblocks they put in our path, we, the people, will persevere.

We will not back down or back off from our firm convictions that what they’re doing to us is wrong and we will never accept it.

And I’m not just talking about the Democrats’ economic suicide mission with their Destructive Income Tax.

There’s the Democrats’ legislative assault on our elected sheriffs, the Democrats stealing BILLIONS of $$ from police officers and firefighters, the Democrats’ constant attacks on our 2nd Amendment rights, parents’ rights, girls sports, and more.

Thanks to Brian Heywood and his heroic, unrelenting effort to build a GARGANTUAN COALITION of like-minded individuals and organizations, he is working hard to provide, the people, with the opportunity to fight back on all fronts.

We are blessed to have him helping us.

More on this in the coming days and weeks and months.

As always, I welcome your feedback.

For 29 years, I’ve been fighting for the people of our state and our nation.

I urge you to help me fight back against Bob Ferguson’s abuse of power by donating to the Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund so Richard Sanders and the Pacific Legal Foundation can get the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.

I love you all.

Onward!
